Clarence Thein

Art of Smart has been the single most useful tutoring centres I have ever been to. They are extremely accepting towards students of any skill and educational level. Also, the receptionists and staff are extremely friendly. Brooklyn, Tricia and Emily were all super helpful and friendly when teaching me (and I know sometimes I can be quite dense.) I wish I had discovered Art of Smart earlier in my high school years however, the few years I have been there have been worth it! Highly recommend for anyone thinking of joining :\u003e

Art of Smart have been fantastic in helping Aria develop her English analytical and planning skills right through to producing the final well crafted response. Improving these skills has also greatly helped her written work in a range of other text and writing intense subjects She has gone from middle to near the top of her classes. Thank you. The tutors and teachers have been excellent, they relate and communicate well with the students and understand the subject. Brooklyn was an amazing English tutor, mentor, artist and friend! She helped not only me but our class gain confidence in our writing abilities and guided us through each module. Each week she engaged the class through interesting and challenging writing activities, allowing us to experience a larger variety of text styles. Brooklyn helped perfect my creative writing and essay structure. Brooklyn encouraged everyone in the class to communicate and ask questions, not letting anyone feel left out or incompetent in English. She was able to work with everyone and balance the class English levels. Also, she connected with each student by taking interest in our personal hobbies and academic goals. Not only did she teach us, she allowed us to help her. Overall, Brooklyn is a kind, bubbly and consistent tutor who allowed us to grow and develop a appreciation for English studies.

Very casual, yet professional atmosphere. Without a doubt the most useful and enjoyable tutoring I've had. The tutors always made an effort to make lessons interesting and enjoyable, whether that was bringing food or talking to us casually before and after class. The tutors treated us more like associates or friends rather than students. Brooklyn, Ian and Tanisha were especially helpful. Brooklyn brought food most weeks, and always took the time to learn about our interests and lives outside of school. Ian went out of his way to mark an essay for me at 11pm the night before an exam. And Tanisha was very helpful in teaching me new content after changing maths courses. My maths mark improved by about 30% after seeing Tanisha. I can't recommend it enough

Very good tutoring company overall. I am so lucky I aimlessly scrolled through 'Art of Smart' during one of my free periods desperately looking for a legal tutor one day... because it led me to Sandy. In particular, Sandy was excellent in assisting me with my writing skills and ability to dissect HSC questions. She greatly assisted me whenever I needed help with legal essays, even with the smallest questions that I had. Sandy has been the best tutor I could ever have imagined and I’m so grateful. Would definitely recommend her for a legal tutor :)

Claire was an excellent tutor, who helped me improve my knowledge about business studies for the past year and has also helped me improve my skills on answering questions for business studies. Claire was always polite, professional, courteous with excellent communication skills. She always motivated me to do better for which I am very appreciative. I would have not hesitation in recommending Claire to my family and friends in the future. I do appreciate all the assistance Claire has offered me and want to thank her for her valuable time and effort she spent teaching me. For year 12 maths tutoring Clara has been exceptional! With an accessible, friendly style she has raised my daughter’s confidence and aptitude, and mentored her through HSC nerves and study regimes. Clara is great at applying different approaches and connecting with my daughter to ensure she can recognise the problem and resolve by herself. She is professional, punctual and always lets both my daughter and myself know of changes for example, during the transition to online tutoring. In this challenging year The Art of Smart Team has kept us updated and made it effortless to keep my child learning. Every contact is pleasant and I feel effectively informed. The tutoring classes are small, personal and effective with tutors that freely impart knowledge to their students. Adrian is an amazing tutor and will hopefully get coach of the year. He knows more than the syllabus and elevates our knowledge to an extremely high standard. The mentoring is an additional amazing aspect of Art of Smart. It is extremely personalised, effective and helpful in achieving whatever goals you set out for yourself. Rowan is an amazing mentor, pushing me forwards when I just want to do nothing. Art of Smart also provides a clean and quiet environment to study in which is extremely helpful and the environment encourages a strong work ethic.
