Had panels and hot water installed, had issues with what was promised being delivered. The after sales service has not been great as the installation was put off several times. Once we had a fault with the hot water unit it took over a month for them to turn up and fix it after many calls and emails. Half of the calls made to the 1300 number never go through, they are never returned, they then claim to have the wrong mobile number on file even though it is the same on used when they sold us the systems and they called it fine to get the sale. Hot water has gone again and we have had cold showers for over a week and are still waiting for the repairer to turn up or even confirm what time they will be here. Neve ever use them.

Had solar panel system installed Dec-Jan 2012-13. We signed up on a promotion of 42 cent tarriff rebate, which means Horizon rebates approx 35cents p/kw. 1st two power bills got cheque after approx 1 month. Gave bill number 3 last November 2012 it is now mid Feb 2013 and I just get the run around. Now I have supplied them with bill No 4 and still getting run around (calls never returned & responsible persons never available). So now waiting for approx 300 in tarriff rebate. what bull?@&. Next move Dept of fair trading. Futre customers tread carefully, look elsewhere,I would.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIANCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I WOULDNT BUY FROM THEM, WORK FOR THEM OR EVEN SO MUCH AS DEAL WITH THEM IN THEIR SHOP. THEY HIRE AND FIRE PEOPLE ON THE SPOT, DO NOT PAY THEM CORRECTLY AND DONT ANSWER PHONES OR EMAILS...... SHAME ON YOU HORIZON SOLAR, YOUR COMPANY SUCKS AND I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT WITH FAIR WORK AUSTRALIA WHO WILL BE IN CONTACT......
Bunch of liars. Jesse salesman from Horizon cheated me and when I complained Horizon said we are not responsible.
I have been waiting more than two months for either a technician to turn up or a manager to call ... the email and phone system was apparently down ... everything is down including my solar system since the second week of January 2016 and its now halfway through March
