Very disappointed. I bring a number of cars through the automatch carwash regularly as we have a number of work vehicles as well as private cars. A new touch free automatic car wash has just been installed, which is great. Unfortunately, it has left residual product streeks all over my car. I was expecting to get it rewashed complementary when taking it back the next day without any issues. Instead I got an antsey employee who stated it was not from their car wash but a previous polish. I explained that it has not been detailed or polished for over six months, and this is the only place it comes to for it's fornightly wash, to which he insisted it could not of come from their carwash and was not prepared to try and resolve the problem. For the sake of allowing it to go through the car wash again would have cost nothing and maintained a lot of business.

Car washed: Mazda BT-50 with roller cover. Used the automatic car wash and it has damaged the paint for the roller cover for the tray. I suspect that the dryers have caused /significantly contributed to the paint damage. Please note that I have used many automatic car washes from competitors however the dryers at the Manly location were noticeable different. Note 2: the rest of ute came out looking as expected.

What a joke. Top level wash and car comes out like this all over. Don't bother with the auto wash.

They close one of the car washes for what reason? Make people wait after hours. Ridiculous. They also charge a card fee WITHOUT NOTICE THIS IS ILLEGAL. The machine then drops water all over your car when it’s finished, so no point doing the drying feature!!

It would be nice to actually have a person on duty from the time that you state ( 08.00am to 3.30pm ), and not just 1 person, have a relief person so that the other can have lunch/break. I also noticed that when there is a lot of customers you don't get the 18 worth for your wash, and the dryer doesn't work as sufficient when there are less customers, because it has still alot of water on the vehicle after it has finished.

Old school do it yourself car wash and vacuum. Also has 2 auto drive through wash. Come here every fortnight, costs me about 12 to do inside and out of a sedan. Too easy

Im a big hoppy's fan go there at least once a week, but never again will I be going to the Manly one , the big bearded guy is the laziest bloke I have come across in a long time , does a terrible job, car come out dirty and the tyre shine, he shouldn't have bothered.

Was very disappointed with Hoppy's car wash at Manly this morning and paid 18 for nothing really. The air drier was not very affective and by the time I got home with all the water left on the car, was not happy. The old car wash was much better. Didn't even get all the dust/dirt off the windscreen...(no, it wasn't that dirty). Will never go back there and will inform my friends and family about it.
