I called Caswell enquiring about a product and spoke with Paul. He was helpful and understood the products he was selling. My order was shipped and received quite quickly, and the products (Black Oxide, Aluminum Blackener and Sealer) gave results better than I expected. After receiving my order, I called back with a billing enquiry. Even though I had already paid for and received my order, this enquiry was handled promptly. This was great, as now days, it seems typical of many businesses, to need numerous reminders to address admin type issues. Though I have only made one order from Caswell, their service and product was exceptional and worth recommending.

Such great Australian products and service from these guys Im super impressed. The first product I purchased an Epoxy sealant for a petrol tank is world class and better than anything have come across world wide, I subsequently purchased the try lining kit suitable for Utes, Trucks etc and the back of my Mini Moke looks like NEW all my makes were commenting on how good it came up and the savings I have made makes me and the Mrs very happy. Thanks again guys.
Ordered Duplicolor Bed liner online. Received an email stating that the item had been dispatched, however they had sent the newer version of my order (manufacturer no longer makes the one I ordered, which was oil based) Did not match colour or texture of original order as the new Bed liner was water based. Requested a refund, was told I would have to pay postage and a restocking fee. I have truly been robbed, but at least I now have a tub of bed liner that I will never use. I have now had to order my original Bed liner from the U.S.A. Really need to get their logistics and customer service in order.
Paul really helped when an order I had made went missing with the Courier. he replaced the part and sent it via Australia Post and it was here overnight. Service like this and the quality of the goods will ensure that i come back.

Over 2 weeks for a paint kit, I was promised had been sent ONLY to find it hadn't and no word UNTIL I made contact. This will be my one and only (regrettable) purchase from these unprofessional company!!!
Have had excellent dealings with this business. The proprietor, Paul, is very helpful in making sure that his customers achieve success with his products. I have been using the Caswell zinc/copy cad plating set-up and am happy to say that after a few experiments I have now got all processes (plating and various chromates) working 100 percent. Paul's technical advice, encouragement and follow-up was crucial to this outcome.
