My mother had a pipe burst & flood her floor, in January she met with Alison who said she would be in contact within the next few days, this never happened, my mother called & left several messages & never got a response, my father was hospitalised shortly before, here we are FOUR months later & he is now in palliative care & unable to.come home to spend his last days as the house is simply not safe for him to do so, well done Alison you are a sensational human, he will now die in that horrid hospital. Great customer service there. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THAT!!!!!

Terrible sales assistance. When you call the female always says “I’m currently with a customer so please call later” well I am a customer as well! I go into the store and the service is just as bad. I would recommend the business needs to retrain or look at staffing processes. Don’t blame covid.
My sister just had carpet laid in her 3 bedrooms. The whole process from measure & quote to completion of job took less than 2 weeks - extremely efficient. Michael and Jack did a brilliant job laying the carpet. They were perfectly on time, friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault the service and we are very happy customers.
Horrible customer service. I dont know anything about carpet so i had lots of questions. Staff seemed short and frustrated by me asking things. I ended up going to another place and they were more than happy to answer my questions and make suggestions. Also new place i chose for the same carpet was half the price because they didnt charge small room fees
I was pleasantly surprised at the knowledge of the young lady helping us. Good selection of carpets, wool, synthetic and mix.
Very bad customer service following the laying of expensive European vinyl flooring nothing wrong with the actual product BUT we were not told before hand of potential problems laying on a concrete slab. We were told it was ok and then found a floor joint so the tradesperson kept on laying the vinyl which resulted in an ugly join in the mid floor. No phone call to give us options. Also the factory requirement is for the vinyl to be stored in the area where are to be payed they did not do this saying the Canberra temperature was consistent. The manufacture insisted this should be done. They offered no option to lay a false floor to address this issue just some glue to “fix” the ugly join. So BEWARE ask about floor joints on slabs and insist the vinyl boards are layed consistent with manufacturer requirements. Won’t deal with them again due to poor attitude and service.
Good customer service with no sales pressure (Nadine). Once carpet was chosen, prompt service and installation on time. Installation service personnel friendly, polite and cleaned up after the job. Thank you CC.
Customer service is terrible at Fyshwick unless your going to buy the premium carpet for the whole house. Went in to buy carpet for one small room didn't want expensive carpet only for the salesman to leave me for another customer without acknowledgeing me stood there waiting for him to return. As I was shopping around for carpets this was the first store that wanted to charge me more to lay it in a small room.
