I can honestly say as a customer of 3 years I have never had anything but exceptional service from the girls at HB. They create a comfortable and friendly environment, while showing a high standard of professionalism. Erin and Alanna are very accommodating and ha e shown nothing but kindness. I was in this store 2 weeks ago and both staff members were amazing. They were patient and very helpful with finding the right style to suit.
I would give zero stars if it was an option. Today I visited HB store at Warringah Mall (Tues 18 June 2019) and I have to say it was the WORST experience. Manager named 'Anne/Ann' was rude and condescending, will not be returning to this particular store if she's working!!!!
