Purchased new 2020 Honda Jazz full price of 20,000-00. No extras thrown in other than a massive golf umbrella that is useless. Now up for 100 for Honda car mats. Not much goodwill here.

The starter motor on my Jazz just stopped working suddenly. I took out an extended warranty when I bought the new car. I took the car in to be inspected by their technicians on Thursday and by Friday evening it was all sorted. It was all covered by the warranty and my car came back sparkling clean too. Thanks Wendy and Josh.

Zero star for this Honda service centre in Hobart city. Irresponsible mechanic and service centre! They returned my car with SRS light stayed on! 1) airbag has not been deployed? 2) SRS light has not been reset ? 3) cannot activate airbag? On 27/9/19 I went to replace the faulty airbag and after airbag replacement my SRS light stayed on. I had no problem with SRS light before that. I noticed it while I was on the way back home. Within a week (2/10/2019) I returned to the service center to tell them about this problem. They didn’t attend my problem on the same day. Front desk staff told me that I have to make a separate appointment again to investigate the problem and have to pay 147 for an hour’s work and no guarantee they will be able to fix it. Free replacement airbag but created another problem!!! To all readers ! Ensure your car is in good condition and do not have any problems before signing the document and leaving.

I bought my Honda up north and the service there was luke warm at best. After moving to Hobart recently my 2017 civic needed a service. The team were great! Met me at 8am to drop off and when I collected Josh explained everything and even got my car for me. Im beyond happy with the service
