I highly recommend Binstock and Sons, they are really professionals at what they do! They made a beautiful memorial for my late mother. It was a stressful time for my family and having never organised a grave I had no idea what needed to be done. Andrew and Michael were fantastic and went above and beyond to help me out, thanks for being such a great help.

I am in awe of the 'finished product' in the work carried out by Binstock and Sons. Initially, I phoned Adam Binstock, asking about his service and he immediately replied that Michael Binstock would meet me at the site - Waverley Cemetery, at a time that was convenient to me. On meeting Michael, I felt confident that it was Binstock that I wanted and then decided to carried out my work. Adam had set up the meeting and phone me to 'keep me in the loop', as to the process. As there was no marking on this family grave, my plan, discussed with Michael at the site, was to place a 'headstone' on my family grave which I thought may not be straight forward, in terms of what I wanted to describe; last person to be interred was in my great grand mother in 1927 and the first was her infant son in 1881 with two other person's buried there and their names to also be inscribed. I expressed the need for two extra 'spaces' for inscription, below these four names, to be left for my wife and myself - and it was done. The outcome exceeded my expectations. The family headstone with its beautifully rich looking granite look more like a monument - so perfect and graceful. The company did an incredibly professional job, including the 1892 family photo 'inlaid' on the granite. I am most grateful to Michael and Adam and also their staff who, as well, gave me confidence via phone calls that all would be carried out as I had asked and wanted - and it all was - completed just as I had envisaged. Losing a loved one is so difficult to deal with I recommend Michael he has been supportive and helpful and kind without his empathy compassion I couldn't have been able to get my beloved brother headstone done. I have also advised my family as part as my funeral planning if something was to happen to me that they use Binstock and Sons especially deal with Michael, thank you so very much to show that there is caring people during this difficult times and wasn't just about money. Great customer service, trustworthy and quality work! Adam and Michael were very patient with me and answered all my questions. I needed to update my parents’ headstone, but I had no idea how to go about it and I don’t live in Sydney, so it was great that they took the lead on this job. Communication via email and phone was easy and they kept me up to date throughout the whole project. The new panel matches the existing stone perfectly and it looks like it has always been there.
