Tried a couple of their desserts now from different outlets across Sydney, always disappointed. Had an eclair from their DFO outlet last weekend and it felt like it was made from plastic. Ugh..!
This is the only place, where I get my coffee as my preference. The cake I got from here was juicy and delicious. The staffs are so friendly and are a real people person. Love this place.

Pastries are not fresh .. high price!
This place has no respect for customer service. I waited patiently for more than 5 mins and some people came and got serviced before me! Lucky I spotted soul origin at the back of the food court with better service and cheaper price. For charging 4.2 for a small latte you need to make sure your service is up to it.
Bought a raspberry muffin. It was raw inside and did not taste fresh.
