My initial enquiry was responded to within 1 hour of sending, and a preliminary on site appointment immediately scheduled to assess how big of a job it was. They were on time for this assessment and gave a detailed run down of what would be done quote. The pricing was adhered to, no sudden last minute charges, and payment was simple and straightforward (please note, it was cash only). The cleaned apartment now looks spotless and even areas I'd been worried about are completely taken care of. I would hire Clean Australia Service again as they made the whole process quick and easy, in addition to providing excellent customer and cleaning services.
