Such helpful service. I came to DIY reupholster a caravan couch and they really help me understand what would work and how to do it. I got the fabric at a great price too. ANC top it off they expressed cut my foam and buttons ready in time for my trip this weekend! Thanks so much guys.

I found Home Upholster online after doing a search for a company that could replace our relatively new foam sofa cushions purchased from a local foam/rubber company (the quality was not up to scratch). We were nervous about ordering foam from another state; but the fabulous reviews gave us the confidence to make contact with Home Upholster. The customer service is beyond fabulous. James E from Sales and Support guided us through the entire process; to selecting the foam grade (there’s an amazing online foam calculator); to suggesting what comfort layers would be suitable. James E even allowed us to send our existing sofa cushion covers so there was no chance that we could make a mistake in measuring the foam. This is a brilliant family operated Australian business with out-of-this-world customer service – thank you again James E and the team at Home Upholster. Let’s hope this level of customer support catches on with other Australian businesses.

Amazing service ! We came here just after a research on internet and it was worth driving 45min to get so much advices from the team !!! They took the time spent to explain us the difference btw different foams, tissues, etc even though we were not professional spending much ! Such a difference compared to other stores we visited, can't recommend enough !

Thank you SO much for my couch seat foam. Delivery within 3 days from NSW to VIC which i was not expecting at all! Customer service was excellent, as I called up to clarify afew things, and they gave me honest answer, without trying to oversell items. By far, the cheapest foam I could find online, and excellent quality.
