Customer service is hit and miss but mostly good, repair service is expensive. The fact is that it's a bricks-and-mortar retail store, which means limited stock and fairly high prices. Online will almost always be cheaper. However, if you want advice then it's not a bad option.

Feet2u bought a 2,500 computer from these guys to setup a home office. The after service by these people was 1st class. So happy with our experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing technical assistance or product knowledge. They know their stuff.

Super cool stuff not much selection of parts though would rather they also dedicate more of the store to retail and less workstation/workspace area
