I got up early before a physio appt to go for a bone density scan. Turns out my Drs referral (undated) had expired, after they called the practice. While the Menzies staff were nice, my Dr wasn't there to write another. I did explain when making the appt that the referral was from last year & no questions were asked. I also have seen multiple Drs over 35 yrs at that practice, so thought after anyone could have done it. So I'm afraid my first visit wasn't a positive experience.
