Wrongly accused my friend of stealing a pair of shorts after the woman who served her forgot to take the security tag off! She lost 35 dollars and was accused of stealing and asked to never come back even though she paid in cash (and happened to not get a receipt) the lady said she had no recollection of serving her?? So thanks to the small mistake of a worker at this store, my friend lost her money. I won't be returning. Thoroughly disapointed!
I love the concept but don’t think I’ll go back. I’ve been three times and the last two times they would not take any of my things but told me that they are interested in some but not others. Fair enough but the things they were interested in one time was what they rejected the next time so no consistency. By the time I laundered everything and added the effort of going into town and then waited for the 20mins for them to inspect everything, it’s just not worth it.
