Had an alarm today that was arming itself and the firm that put the alarm in would not attend because they did not monitor, but were quite happy to take hundreds of dollars to reprogram with a new code only 4 weeks ago. Ross was great and organised a Tech to attend and disarm the alarm on a Saturday. Living in Queensland I just want to say thank you so much for kindness and professionall help. Merry Christmas Ross and thanks once again. Great service.

Don't employ this firm if you want alarms monitored and reset quickly. Living next door to premises where the alarm is faulty, goes off frequently and is still going an hour after phoning Golden Electronics to tell them it's been screaming for 2 hours is a nightmare.
