Enterprise were a fantastic choice for our rental through Tasmania. The pick up and drop off process was very efficient and the gentleman at Hobart's office was very pleasant and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and also use Enterprise Rent-A-Car again. Thanks for the upgrade and a fantastic vehicle for our 3 weeks.

After a patchy start to our rental with Enterprise and a slow booking in process with some added costs that we weren't aware of (travel agent issue) we finally got into our near new Toyota Corolla and we were on our way. The car was excellent it ran beautifully and was very economical and was faultless the entire trip. The final glitch came at the return time as when we got back to their office (little early) on the Sunday morning no one was there..a sign on front door NOT OPEN SUNDAYS ! So we took photos of the car which we parked right in front of their doors,the car had been refilled and we dropped the keys in a shute on the front of the building..just a little more communication might have helped..but overall happy customers
No customer service. Management didn't want to speak to us. We had a car booked for our fly /drive holiday in Hobart and because our flight got changed they sold it to someone else, even though we offered to pay and pick up a day later. Rating is 0 but Google wouldn't let me.
i think the staff tried to rip me off but no success. I didn't find any crack during self check but found one crack as photo shows -- you can't see it in a stand-position (I found it in the 2nd day when I went to add tyre pressure) Luckily, the previous customer who rent the car left his rent report in this car, with the damage marked in the checking report. When I returned the car, the staff (the same man when I rent it) walked directly and preciesly to where the crack is and asked me: did you damage this? His quick action proved my assumption that he knew this crack in the beginning. (again, it is hard to see this crack from normal angle). After I showed the report of previous customer, he walked back to the driver seat to drive the car away without any further check

Zero stars. Deceptive. Booked a car, They called me to advise that car wasn't available and I had to pay approx 90 (!!!!!) Extra for 24 hour rental of another car. Shame on you, nameless manager.
Very happy with my rental experience. Car was almost new, very clean. Staff were excellent to deal with. Price was competitive. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Enterprise again. They were very flexible.
