We have just had our kitchen completely refurbished and chose Elite appliances as the best of all the stores in Hobart that we visited for the purchase of all electrical appliances for our new kitchen. The outstanding courtesy, support, interest and practical advice that we received from Zach the Elite contact we met and worked with during our selection, was exceptional. The delivery and back up support offered by Zach and Elite appliances was brilliant. We could not recommend them more highly and truly consider their service and responsiveness to our queries to be more than we could have hoped for.

We were on the hunt for a new fridge, washing machine and microwave. After taking the path often trodden to the large (not Tasmanian owned) outlets, we headed down to Elite Appliances. Being locally owned is a big thing for us, especially in these continuing uncertain times, when shopping locally is so very important. Our decision on what was going to suit us best, was made easier with the professional and technical advice we received from the Elite team. To top it off, the delivery team managed to get all of our shiny new appliances up our incredibly steep driveway (awesome effort guys) without damaging anything, or even complaining! Support Tasmanian retailers people!!

Completed a major renovation in 2020, and Elite were very helpful. Helped find kitchen appliances to fit very specific sized spaces, liaised with trades to get new range hood in, even helped find a pretty obscure replacement toilet seat. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Free delivery doesn’t hurt either. Zach in particular has been great!

Elite service at really competitive prices. I cannot recommend Elite highly enough. I've just put in a new kitchen and Lisa has gone above and beyond to help me get the appliances I wanted at great prices in the timeframes I needed them. Lisa is really knowledgeable about the products, had great recommendations but also took time to help make the choices that were right for me. I got better prices from this family owned business than any of the big name stores, as well as free delivery and the most exceptional service. They also seem to often have better access to stock than the big stores.

The staff I’ve dealt with at Elite over the years have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Zach responded promptly to my recent queries and arranged for urgent delivery of my washing machine and dryer which was greatly appreciated as I had been without a washing machine for two weeks. It’s a bonus that local delivery is free and certainly a point of difference with other electrical stores. Great service overall.

Zach assisted us with choosing our new oven, hot plates, range hood and dishwasher, nothing was too much trouble and his product knowledge was brilliant.
