I am so glad that I booked an appointment with Earworx. Having felt a blockage in my ear for about 3 weeks and water becoming trapped in my ear after swimming, my ear was cleared which felt fantastic! The nurse that treated me was so knowledgeable and the experience was great.

Well worthy of a 5 star rating. Called them Tuesday, was able to be booked in for Wednesday. Friendly service and advice, and as it turns out all was ok with my ears, but still, best to have them checked if in doubt. Great value too. Highly recommended.

The patience, expertise and thoughtfulness during my experience recently there was wonderful. I was aware of wax buildup in my ears for years and had been experiencing times of full blockage off and on. I felt completely welcomed and would recommend if anyone is knowingly having wax build up excessively that you go there without strong intention. And just wait and see what happens. PS- I wasn't going to name names but after seeing other reviews. the Being that resurrected my hearing was Isabelle.

I work as an audiolometrist and on occasion, need my own ears cleaned out! Booked in via the easy-to-use online system, was sent a reminder via text the day before. Corrine Westin was the nurse on the day and did a brilliant job removing the wax from my ears. No pain and the easiest experience I have had with wax removal. Keep up the good work on a well run practice!
