Mark and his team were exceptional. I don’t believe in ghosts and still don’t but the mere thought of things that happened in those walls gives you a shiver up your spine! Mark was so knowledgeable and personable I loved it! Definitely bang for your buck. A real must when visiting Hobart.

The ‘Pandemonium’ tour and visual experience was excellent and the guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The advertised tour length was 40 minutes, however, we weren’t seated to start the film for about 30 minutes which then runs for 35 minutes and there is a lot more after the film to see. Unfortunately we had to leave early to fly home. I would’ve booked an earlier session time if the advertised run length was accurate.

Such an exciting tour with so much knowledge from the host. I was not quite sure what to expect but if you want to experience some of Australia's history that is raw then this is your tour. We went through tunnels and in the gallows... this is one amazing place not to miss. Thanks so much for such a great night.... loved ever bit of it.

Great history with the tour. Not for faint hearted though. Definitely a must if you visit Hobart. Mark and Stacey are our guides. They were great!

It was very interesting. Loved the film. A friend said he nodded off but was woken by a tap on the shoulder. No one was there to do this. I took a photo down in the cell area and on viewing my pic I have what I think is a ghost. Will check it out when home from my holiday
