Poor quality, terrible return policy. I bought 2 pairs of cute heels only to have a strap on one break 5 days later. Tried to return them and discovered that they will not refund my money, only give me store credit. Update: I was able to get my store credit turned into actual money that I can spend elsewhere, but I had to go through corporate headquarters to do it. Save yourself the trouble and just shop somewhere that has decent shoes and not such an unfair exchange program.
I wish I had read the previous review before shopping at betts Hobart. Purchased a pair of suede sandals that had a stain on it. Terrible customer service and returns policy, had to complain to corporate headquarters. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere or online!
Really nice staff, did what they could but terrible return policy, wouldn't buy another item from them ever.
