We had Chris Bell’s Removals come all the way up to Wagga to effect our removal to Sydney. The group (Mick, Adam and Errol) were great, very friendly and worked tirelessly to get it all done within the two days allocated. Despite being a man down for the better half of the last day, they worked hard to get it all done and never complained once. We made sure to look after the lads wherever we could and made them feel welcome. Thanks again for a great job. Speedy recovery to Adam!
Bells moved me two years ago, and have just moved me again. Excellent service from everyone; they are so helpful with all aspects of the move. First Class packing of glass and China. Little touches like their Removal Information Pack booklet are brilliant. Moving Day was a breeze. A great team. The guys put everything exactly where I needed it in my new home. Nothing was a hassle for them. They take great care loading/unloading and are very professional. Thanks everyone!
We used Bells to do packing and a local move. The packers were amazing, nothing broken and very efficient. We did have problems when our settlement time was changed and Bells were not helpful when I needed to change times. Also 4 items were broken all large items and unfortunately insurance doesn't cover some of it use to the small print. We had an almost new fridge and electronics not working. I found the guys doing the removal excellent, but very over worked and I think that's why we had damaged items.
Currently moving with Bells, chose them based on the great reviews. It's been nearly 3 weeks since our belongings were uplifted from Canberra to Hobart. Contacted Bell's last week who weren't sure "whether they had sailed yet". Have followed up every day since but unfortunately no answer as to where our belongings are or when we'll be able to access them. Disappointing service.
Twice I have used Chris and the team to move house and twice they have exceeded my expectations. Everyone is very professional and help to take the stress out of moving. They do what they say they will do on time and with a smile at a great price. I highly recommend Bells,10 out of 10!
It was first time I used interstate removal facilities using Bells Removal. It was great experience and learning through the process of removal with Bells. Their customar service was awesome and informative, I aways got excellent reply from them, especially I loved to discuss my inquiries with Tammy . From the very begining I was pleased because of their friendly attitude, Mr Bell came to my house for inventory and advised me what to take or not to take with me, like carry flower vase with me in my car! The day they took my things, it was bit late, however they done excellent job to pack everything nicely. I hope Bells Removal will finally hand over my things in my new place. It was nice journey with you, Bells...happy moving .... Thanks Bells.
