Total work wear 0 stars. Looks like a bomb has gone off in there and trying to get to the work boots you needed a sat nav. No staff on hand to assist either. Rsea work wear 1 star. Tidy store with plenty of work boots but when the staff member answered my question of how are you and her response was "in so tired" I knew I wasn't buying anything there. Hip Pocket work wear 10 stars. 5 Google stars and 5 personally from me. Greeted at the front door by a very cheerful and helpful staff member who was knowledgeable and patient while I tried on several pairs of workboots. The customer service experience was exceptional and the store was immaculate hence the purchase of my new work boots. Keep up the great work guys.

Ordered a 9xl vic roads safety vest july 29th. rang 26 august still not ordered but was told it would be ordered. Rang 30 september and was told hadnt been ordered and would cost x-amount of dollors. LAZY AND INCOMPETENT. .. price was never a factor...
