Incredibly helpful and friendly staff and did a fantastic job fixing the car. The receptionist went out of her way to help me understand what I was entitled to as the not at fault driver. They worked some magic with the insurance company so my car wasn’t declared a write off. Great people you can trust!
Fix up my car so well I couldn't even see where the original damage even was. Great service.
Good however communication was a let down, in saying that they helped in other ways to rectify this.
If you genuinely care about your vehicle as I do mine, I would avoid at all costs.. 18 months ago I had my GTSR Maloo in to re paint a damaged rear bumper.. 9 weeks and 2 tries later I accepted the repair even though the colour difference between the body and bumper was still slightly different.. I was advised they were unable to match it.. A month ago the paint below the tail light on the bumper they “couldn’t match” started to flake off of the bumper bar.. It has since been into a new shop in Melbourne and the quality of the repair is fantastic, along with the paint matching exactly.. This is a shop that makes its money on volume repairs, not quality. As I said above, if you genuinely care about your vehicle, avoid at all costs.
I've used these guys a number of times and I don't think there's a better shop in Adelaide. Always leave the cars looking better than new.
