Absolutely astounded by the superlative staff and service Gunforce. I had recently moved to Adelaide and needed a place to store my firearms in the interim of transitioning to an SA licence. Due to my inclination to procrastinate, I had left them with Gunforce for longer than I anticipated, accruing what should have amounted to a large bill. I am and will always grateful to have had Mel overlooking the storage of my firearms, she had taken into consideration my ineptness and subsequent mislodgement of PTAs, though by the end I paid a pittance of what she could have charged me. A combination of the store's stock, the staff's extensive knowledge, approachability and honesty allows for a medium that I proudly look forward to visiting with full intent of providing my indefinitely continuing patronage. That Asian fella is also pretty damn funny, he should have his own show.

Left my 303 action with their gunsmith for over 8 years for a conversion, on 25th August 2012, was given every excuse under the sun. In frustration organised to collect 93 months and 3 weeks later!! . The action was missing all safety mechanism, trigger assembly missing, the sprinter custom barrel I left was returned rusty, and the 10 shot mag they gave me wasn't my original magazine... flashy shop, terrible service. If there was an Olympic medal for being patient I should get it. Feeling disappointed beyond belief. Now I have an butchered action missing parts. This is no way for a 1941 .303 Action held in the hands of a soldier during WW2 to end its days !
Absolutely love this place, friendly and helpful staff. I have been to several shops in my area but none have been as friendly and helpful as these guys. Could not recommend high enough
I recently purchased my first sporting shotgun from gun force and couldn’t be happier with the service. I did quite a bit of shopping around and couldn’t find better info or help. They went above and beyond just getting me set up. They were kind enough to introduce me to a local club and continue to share their extensive knowledge. I highly recommend gun force. Surrenderd my late stepfathers shotgun few weeks ago here only to have 2 older gentlemen take the bag of new ammunition to a office and split it up for themselves with in hearing distance of who takes home what, Which left me feeling very upset with the situation. Some of the reviews here sound like this is normal practice? However the lady who did all the work was nice and professional, I don't have names unfortunately
