Lovely experience all-round. They sent 60 photos of all 4 of their Jubeat cabs to help me choose effectively. Machine was not in perfect condition but I knew exactly what I was getting beforehand, so it wasn't a surprise. Packaging was rock solid (took 30 minutes to unscrew the cab from the pallet) and the cab came off looking just as it did when it went on. Came with artwork, 2 instruction manuals and a full set of keys.

You have proven to be time wasters and liars! Your emails you have sent me are proof of this. Even is your response you have lied. I have never swore or been abusive to your staff and it was Valentina from your staff that in fact did the swearing and was abusive towards me. She was yelling so loud that other around me could clearly hear her! You have wasted time and now Home pin wants to include you on the return process and has included you on very unprofessional emails. Home pin has not even made the pinball yet as he said in his email. This is the pinball I ordered 5 yrs ago and you knowingly broke his TOS with him! You are responding with lies!
