Initial dealings with Rosebud Highgrove I found staff pleasant to deal with and very helpful in the selection process. We spent close to 7K at this store. We had the order filled prior to actually requiring them due to the evolving covid situation and we kept items in storage at home until our builder was ready for install. However, buyer beware, I would advise you to check EVERYTHING you purchase from Highgrove upon receiving the items. When I removed items from the boxes, they were found to be damaged. We had a wall mount vanity cabinet had a large chip in the corner and a vanity bench top that was bowed upwards. It appeared someone had dropped the vanity, and the bench top had not been stored properly. Refund or exchange was not offered given the time frame of when items were picked up from the store and when damage was discovered/ items installed. I was advised I should have checked items within the first week of receiving them for faults, otherwise it's too bad so sad, buy another one.

Called in to Highgrove Rosebud this afternoon. Walked around the showroom for approximately 35 minutes. At no time did the two staff members acknowledge us. There was no contact, no courtesy greeting, no “if you need any help” whatsoever. We have both owned businesses and we are appalled at the lack of basic customer service. We certainly got some ideas but will certainly purchase elsewhere.

We engaged HighGrove Bathrooms Rosebud for advice and purchases for the bathroom fit out of our new home renovation in Rye. Ask for Store Manager Tom Peebles for excellent customer service and up to date product information. Happily recommend and will be using them for any bathrooms items we require down the track. The ‘Evolve Solid Surface Bath Tub’ is epic! ️
