Glenrock offers many trails and tracks from the novice through to the advanced walker/runner/hiker. I love that it offers stunning views, shade to retreat from the sun and a variety of wildlife including an echidna as I approached the beach! Any person should come out for a stroll. Busy times are weekends as there are many groups rock climbing and running and the sorts. I would suggest afternoon time but leave yourself plenty of time to get home and to not be out in the dark!

Very well maintained hiking trails throughout which leads to a beach. Unfortunately the beach is not very well maintained though but it is very secluded as there isn't really any direct access to get to it unless you go through the hiking trail. Parking is free which is fantastic.

We did the Yuelarbah track and I highly recommend it for all levels of walkers/hikers. As with most walks, get off the track and explore some nature. Climb down the waterfall and follow the creek through to the beach. We met some very friendly dogs at the beach as well as a friendly crab. The track itself is accompanied by chirping birds and adventurous bush turkeys. We ended up not taking the track back to Glenrock, but just followed the beach along to Merewether surfhouse and watched some kids fall over in the sand.

.Beautiful nature, trees are tall and birds are constantly chirpying. It startdled to rain when I was there which wasn't the best situation but what come after...was beautiful. A rainbow just above the water in between the trees and towards the horizon. Loved it even with the rain. It was a fun ad different experience

Do not pass up this park! Some of the better maintained tracks I have ever walked. Gorgeous scenery, stunning wildlife, with an amazing tranquil setting. Not too difficult, not too long, family friendly. MUST VISIT!
