I had a small engineering/repair job and I took it here after reading on their website they would do small jobs such as this. They accepted the job. It involved one vertical handle driven gear turning another helical/horizontally cut gear that was worn. The job was to replace the horizontal gear on the end of a 1.5 metre long shaft. I went back after about six weeks approx. and Frank (the Manager) said they would not do it as it was too hard for them. I said that I was willing to pay the 1500 to fix it and he became rude and insulting. He told me to take it away, so I loaded it back into my car and left. I would not bother going near here given their very poor attitude. If they had been honest, they could have said they were not interested when I dropped it off and I could have taken it elsewhere at that time.
