Nikki was not appreciative or understanding of an emergency that could not of been avoided (car breakdown - with pup inside) making us unable to make our behavioural assessment for our pup and being stuck on the phone to car service people whilst stuck in the middle of a busy highway. She was rude, passive aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable at the least and made us feel quite guilty after a really stressful event. It seems like Nikki finds it difficult to control her emotions when speaking to customers and the worst part was the uncalled for statements with the intention to make us feel awful. That being said the other ladies on the phone were lovely. We’ve taken our pup to another day care down the road because of this and he absolutely loves it and the staff are kind with great communication skills and customer service.

There's no better place to leave your dog other than Mind My Lead. Nicki and the team are so into what they do and you can rest assured your dog is in safe and more than capable hands.
I always knew that Indy was in good hands every time I dropped him off at MML. I never had to worry about him because I knew he'd be loved & kept safe while in Nicki & Kiara's care. It's such a wonderful place to build a dog's confidence & socialisation skills. There's a large indoor & outdoor area so lots of space for the dogs to play. And when they come home tired after a day at daycare, you know they've just had the best day ever :) Indy & I miss Nicki & Kiara!
Nikki and her team are great. Millie gets super excited to go to MML, I just have to pull out her collar and she goes crazy out of excitement to go. I appreciate that Nicki takes her time and assesses each dog before they can attend, it makes me feel secure that the dogs that Millie is playing with have a good temperament and it's a safe play place for her.
MML has been heaven sent for us. Dante loves going there and playing with all his fluffy friends. Nicki and her staff could not do more for the dogs and their human mums and dads . The sleep over options have helped us out immensely over last 9 months .
Nikki and her team are excellent and really looked after Essie, if you're looking for someone to look after your pet with the same love and care as you do then MML is for you. Thanks so much!
Would give more that 5 stars if I could! Nicki and her team have been life-savers. Pippa can't contain herself every time we take out her collar and leash on Wednesdays because she knows where she's going to spend her day at; with her best friends at Mind My Lead! Massive, air-conditioned indoor space and clean outdoor space for the dogs to interact. Her first sleep-over on last holiday season was also fantastic; 24-hour care, healthy & personalised meals, and Pippa got to play with her friends, too! Nicki sent photos to keep us updated, and Pippa came home happy and tired from all the fun she had at MML. The whole experience has been invaluable; it is peace of mind, knowing that Nicki and her team love and care for our fur baby just like we do.
Archie has been going to Mind My Lead weekly for day care since he was old enough to attend and has had many overnight and extended stays there within that time. Nicki treats Archie like he is her own furbaby which is so comforting and reassuring when my husband and I travel to places that it's not convenient to take Arhie with us. The facility is air conditioned, provides 24hour care, immaculately clean and the set up is so interactive for during the day, and even an apartment upstairs for the nights. He is fed a tailored diet when he is on extended care, and we receive photo updates of how he is and what he is doing! I couldn't recommend Nicki and her team more highly and wish there was more than 5 stars to give ️️️️️
