Pretty good KFC I've been through this place countless times for a bit of the old Dirty Bird! And for a fast food chain, this location seems to do pretty well with orders and customer service, the restaurant is kept clean and tidy, I'll never have a second thought about pulling in here for a quik fix.

This KFC is nearest to my home, I have to buy some foods from it; but it gave me twice unhappy experiences. First time, I built a fired chicken bucket which included more 20, but there were around 6 wings missing. Last time, we got two overcooked stacker burgers.
A typical modern KFC right on Nepean highway with a drive-thru. Never had any problems with service or food quality. If you enjoy KFC then you can't go wrong with this store.

Just waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, no customer service , bag chucked to my partner, when my partner asked a question , the window was shut in her face. Poor customer service.
I've ordered food from this particular store for a while now and am not impressed. Tenders are very dry tasting, and a few times I've gotten mild food poising, head and belly ache from the tenders. I changed to 3 peice box and they are very dark colour. They were sitting out too long and then out back into deep fryer. The regular gravy is very poor, tastless like it has been diluted. Not very strong flavour at all. Very artificial tasting gravy. Only thing good is the drinks and chips. Nuggets have even gone a bit plain KFC needs to step up, its not like what is used to taste, where you eat too much and feel too full. Now I end up throwing half of it out in disappointment.
Second time we received Tenders that were way pass their prime...they were dry, hard and very tough. Had to give it to our dogs at the end. Fresh Tenders are so good...would be fantastic if you could provide consistently good Tenders, and not dish up the last of the old batch to your customers
