Mel and Paul are brilliant. They provided me with the best technical service and support that I have ever had. All of my issues were fixed promptly and at a reasonable cost and I walked out of there a very happy and satisfied customer. This is six star service.

Came here a little over a month ago with my computer. Such a great group of people and made it so simple and easy. Need a new power supply put in which I was meant to get done but due to personal reasons never got in. Will for sure ring up these guys to do the job. Don't go anywhere else!

What a great find. Found Horizontech through the Bayside Hub and all the great recommendations. My computer had died and i was thinking i needed a new one but seeing reviews saying Paul had fixed other dead computers I thought it was worth a try. So glad I did as within 4 hours I am back at my desk with a working computer!!! So pleased I found Paul and Mel from Horizontech and no doubt will have many more visits here of the years to come. Would highly recommend. Thanks :)

Really glad we found this place. They were able to schedule the rebuild of my son's PC at short notice by them working after opening hours on Saturday so he could have it for that evening. Great service. Very highly recommended.

Machine just failed on me. Gave it in the morning fixed and returned in matter of hours. A couple months later and wanted to get some upgrades done and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable solved all the issues I had without busting my wallet. They also did such a good job assembling the upgrades I handed in. Amazing cable management and went out of the way to spruce it up. So very satisfied.
