I do not recommend this place. This was THE WORST cleaning experience I have ever had. Christina was rude and unhelpful. Their cleaner left the laundry tap opened when they left my house with caused me 1,100 to repair plus all the headache. Christina did not take any responsibility and dealt with the situation in the worst way possible. She was aggressive and defensive. DO NOT TRUST their bond guarantee policy. I attached photos of the damage.
I was very happy with the results when I engaged this company to clean my personal property. As a Real Estate Agent, I have fastidious standards when it comes to end of lease cleaning and the team offered a good value service with outstanding results.
Superb work! Chris was prompt and professional to deal with, and the cleaning team was punctual, polite, and thorough. The rates are very reasonable, and the work was outstanding. Bond refunded in full, with the property manager commenting that it was one of the best jobs they had seen! Highly recommended.
Extremely happy with the results for my end of my lease clean up. My landlord commented that things were cleaned that others often overlook so there was absolutely no issues with getting my bond back. Couldn't recommend any higher!
