It is created by two business enthusiasts, Shu Tan and Josephine Palermo, who are big on driving new ways of working and believe that this future is critical for everyone. We combine two elements at Higher Spaces, the physical space and the human aspect. What differentiates us is that we value human progress and believe that the space we create is a platform to stretch business and people potential. We provide an extra-ordinary co-working experience that is surrounded by nature and beautiful interior that comes with high wooden beams ceiling, exposed brick walls and generous window views of the scenic Yarra River Trail. Equally important is our focus on the people who is in this space, the business challenges and opportunities they face, the personal development they need, the things that they worry about and how they solve problems. We provide business coaching as part of the membership and are planning a series of business jam sessions, collective problem-solving using human-centered design-thinking and marketplace business days to connect and grow. Our passion is to promote true collaboration in physical and non-physical ways to fulfill the value needs of micro-businesses and independent professionals in Melbourne. We bring a whole ecosystem together where entrepreneurs can connect with like-minded people across the whole supply chain.
