A fantastic place to visit. Delicious selection of cheese, natural and healthy! Once you've tasted this cheese, you won't want anything else, much better than any cheese we've ever had previously. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at High Valley Cheese Company, we highly recommend it. Wonderful and friendly staff. Taste test from the variety of cheese available and make your selection. Couldn't recommend highly enough. 5 stars

We loved the washed rind (best I've ever had), triple brie and the creamy blue. They are known for their pesto feta (which is really good) which was nice, but not as good as the washed rind and creamy blue. We took away the washed rind and blue and had cheese, crackers, quince and golden white port (two furlongs at the small winemakers association - pictures below) at our hotel. We're going to pick up more cheeses on our way out of town.

The place did not live up to its description. They had 4 types of feta on sale, a smoked cheddar and a blue cheese. Not really what I'd imagine from the way the portray themselves. Had I known that's all they had, I wouldn't have gone. There was no element of interactivity, other than a small counter where you could taste and ultimately buy cheese. On reflection, I didn't think it was worth a visit, though at least the staff member behind the counter was polite and helpful.

Amazing cheeses, well worth a visit! We discovered the high valley cheeses after ordering the cheese plate at Logan winery. Their Feta's were just amazing and the Stefan Blue was amazing paired with fresh honeycomb and hazelnuts. The guys at the factory cheese tasting were very friendly and knew their stuff. Ended up buying almost one of everything they had for sale. Just wish they sold them in more places around Sydney! Will be back to Mudgee to buy more soon.

Lowe winery recommended us to buy our cheese here as apparently they do too. Although the selection is limited, the selection that they have is really good. The girl that helped us was really nice and was knowledgeable. We didn’t expect a tasting but we could try the cheese which was great. We bought the feta pesto and the Mudgee rouge. Both have a great taste!

Very friendly staff and was great to do a cheese tasting (something different from wine tasting). The cheeses were all quite new so still developing but the feta (pesto one was my fav) was amazing. I wasn't sure about the texture of the smoked cheddar and it wasn't very smokey? Still great place to stop.

Despite limited stock after a busy holiday period we enjoyed a tasting including the feta they're known for - well worth a visit if in the area

I was never a fan of cheese until I visited this place. The flavours were amazing and now I have become addicted. Worth the visit.
