Bought my first motorbike from John at High Octane during lock down in Melbourne. John went out of his way to keep me happy, with an abundance of request from me due to the uncertainty of buying without viewing in person. John delivered the bike to my doorstep- and followed up with various requests afterwards. I’m now the happy owner of an old, but wonderful bike. I’ll be sure to visit the shop once lock down lifts. Was recommended High Octane to do a tyre fit. They ordered the tyre in, and organised a suitable time. Told me it'd be 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, tyre fitted and balanced. Very friendly. Quick look over the bike to let me know what might need looking at. Would definitely return there, thanks guys, see you again
