No matter how desperate you are or need a delivery do not use this company for your business. I have experienced firsthand how terrible this company is over the last 6 weeks. They - have abusive drivers that have left my family and staff in tears - don't care about your goods - are happy to make all their issues your problem at an added cost to you - have management issues from the top down and every person will give you a different story on how they are incapable of helping you. Delays in shipping of 4-5 weeks seem common even when only delivering within a 1km radius of where goods are. Don't expect an apology. Expect to be told to arrange another company to collect your goods from the very place that should be delivering them. After full payment has been made to Hi Trans for delivery. Incomprehensible for a delivery company to be this incompetent at delivering.

never on time for the delivery. also found there is no internal communication in between their driver and the office, no matter what driver said to the customer, it won't happen, because the office don't have any record, further more, the office girls are rude to the client. if i could give negative i would.
Was told my delivery would arrive by 5pm on the day I called to check, nothing came, called again was told it would be before 12pm, nothing came, called back was told to wait half an hour waited an hour and a half nothing came, called again was told by 2pm delivery came at 2.30. My package was delivered in a metal box which the driver left and told me to call for pick up, I have tried for 2 days with the phone ringing out for a told of 30 mins, finally someone picked up and they are trying to charge me for the pick up of their property! What a joke!
A little confusing for a first timer to navigate collection. Make sure you have hi vis and steel caps even if just collecting. Staff are super helpful and very efficient. The warehouse is huge. You enter off the Ipswich Rd service road (Google Maps tells you elsewise) I only collected because I needed it urgently. Have had heaps of deliveries from Hi-Trans and never an issue.
Great place to repair Forklifts, very helpful staff, but unlike Jonhy, a bit of a problem getting paid for the work I have done.

I just wanted to add how tremendous and efficient the Customer Service Staff are in Brisbane nothing is to hard a credit to your Company.
