Enquired in person about an urgent one way car rental. Told us he would check if it was possible and call us in 20 minutes.....24 hours later and still no phone call. It appears that service isn't their priority!

Waited 30 mins at the airport for our car to arrive. Car was booked online at a fixed price but they tried to add on several extra substantial charges. Had to dispute this with the staff who resisted even though my documents clearly showed the charges. Finally, and somewhat resentfully, they conceded. When I got my credit card statement they had nonetheless overcharged me! Called to obtain a refund but after a week still no satisfaction. By the way, that 5 star review below by Dale Stewart should be taken with a grain of salt. He's the guy I've been dealing with!
Nice staff but very overpriced, it's a rural car hire location where you only get 100kms/day, there's no option for unlimited KMs. By the time you travel from pickup to the closest part of civilization you've racked up ⅛ of your KMs.
Priced at over 400 to hire a car...... No thanks.
