The reviews on here are accurate, I called Guy with a short notice job and he was so helpful, even before I'd booked ANYTHING with him. When I brought the piece in he gave me great options I never would have considered, and the finished framed memorabilia looks stunning. So wonderful, such a great experience and I'd highly recommend.
