Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I cannot stress how disappointing the service from Chris in managing my property has been. All they have done is transfer the rent into our bank, the property has been left with damages from the tenants pets and the yard is disgraceful. Chris has been very ride to my wife on the phone in trying to rectify the issues and now we have had to pay thousands to get the property back up to scratch, we have been made to feel like it was our fault the tenants did not look after the property. Elite have not managed anything and have looked after the bad tenants more than us instead of managing our investment. The property manager did not even attempt to go to our property at any stage and actually manage anything or even go to the propertyto see the state of it, we have had to pay for and fix the damages ourselves as Chris would not even put an insurance claim in for us. And blamed it all on no trades being available. Chris lied about the cleaners re doing the carpets due to tenants dogs damage and lied about putting in a claim for the bond. I am not sure what we paid for apart from horrible service and being consistently let down. I would not recommend elite at all and the only thing elite is their opinion of them selves. This has been the most stressful experience and I wish I never trusted them in the first place. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs if you want your property managed at all.

Elite Properties has managed our rental property for over 10 years and have always been polite, responsive and professional whilst demonstrating a strong understanding of the rental market and legislation. Yes..we have experienced difficult tenants but together, directed by the expert advice given to us by Chris Worrall, we navigated our way to a cost effective, satisfactory outcome. Management fee commission is extremely reasonable as we have regular inspection reports, review and organisation of maintenance, and have effective communication with our tenants. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided throughout the Covid 19 disruption .The government moratorium measures were clarified by Elite and regular updates were given. Extreme disappointment by the interactions had with “Elite” property. Evidently too “Elite” to continue managing a property they’ve had on their books for years when I formed of the owner taking possession at the end of a tenancy. Disgraceful.
Chris and his team manage our investment property and we are so happy with the amazing customer service provided. Chris will go out of his way to ensure the property and the tenants are looked after. We are so lucky to have found Elite Properties!

We recently purchased a unit from Glenda Worrall, Elite Properties. Even though these times with the COVID-19 issues have caused us all to work a little differently, Glenda has handled the situation very well. She was always happy to meet us at the property to open it for inspection. She allowed us to view the property while she waiting outside. We were able to then do all discussions via email and telephone. We found that she was always very approachable and managed everything very professionally, from the first inspection through to calling us to advise the sale has settled.
