Helen and Ivan were so nice! Helen did an amazing job helping me pick out a gift for my mum and was so patient to answer any questions I had. Ivan noticed an initial flaw on the scarf we picked and immediately went to go get another one and packaged it so well. Thank you both for your kind and efficient service xx

Just tried to purchase a 1000 bracelet as a surprise Christmas gift for my wife over the phone, despite having a client profile they couldn't tell me her size without speaking to her and wouldn't take a CC payment over the phone so my son could collect it. Arrogance 101... have decided to spend my 1000 with a retailer that is happy for my custom.
Excellent customer service. SA "Amelia" was more than happy to stay past closing time 6pm to let us finish and wrap up our shopping within the store. Super attentive and was very informative about all the products within the store. 10 out of 10.

Sarap is a fantastic, patient and professional SA I have ever met. Yesterday was my first shopping experience at Hermes Melbourne boutique, I feel so happy and satisfied with Sarap. She always be smiling even the mask on, I still can feel her enthusiasm and friendly manner. She helps me with introduction of most range of products in store, and be very patient to show me all the preferences. With her help, I get some lovely items to decorate my home. Sarap will be my first preference when I come back again, I really love her attitude.
