I have a pretty decent home set up, could never seem to get it cafe style, went to a workshop yesterday and it was really really good, we got my machine and grinder running to perfect settings and was trained in how to maintain this for different beans and grinds etc. Then got my milk training, to level velvety! Level of expertise of trainer was phenomenal and very personable. Today I just made the best coffee I have ever made.
