DO NOT USE- I booked and paid for undercover parking. Was directed to sister company BAP. When I picked my car up it was covered in mud inside and out and the rear bumper damaged. Showed the vehicle to service person and took photos. Told there was no management ever on site and told "Andrew would email me within 48 hrs" off course i have not been contacted and my emails not answered. I doubt if "Andrew exists". What a cowboy business

I found Priority Airport Parking on the net, they seemed to have the best deal. The service was excellent and staff very friendly. I would reccommend them.
Pay to park your car here and have it damaged for free. 1000 worth of damage to my 4 month old car. To date I have made 17 phone calls to the manager and sent as many emails and no response, no care from him or the staff about my car. Do not park your car here!! Pay the premium and use the main car park at the airport.
Asked for my car to be parked it was clean when it arrived , when i got home after 5 days the car was covered in dust which had been rained on so it was dirty so much for under cover Parking i complained i was told to take it up with the manger , did that fobbed off, so one more chance i would give them same result ,BPA is the problem not Priorityas we have to park there now.
