Paid 100 for three dresses to be dry-cleaned. Seems exorbitant. Will be hesitant to use again. Thanks for your reply, however you are incorrect - only one of the dresses was silk (you notified me this would cost more when I dropped it off) the other two dresses were not silk. One was 100% polyester, and the other was 100% linen. They also were not all evening length as you say. Only one was longer, and the other two are mid length. Perhaps they were mistaken as 100% silk, hence I was charged at a premium.

Appalling service and overpricing. Took two weeks for a simple dress dry clean and charged 63.70, should have been 30 and offered no explanation. Will never use or recommend this place again.
Don't ever use this place as a Parcelpoint drop-off as still no tracking 2 days after drop-off! They didn't seem to have a clue what to do with the parcel handed across the counter and on the tracking number provided for EBay/Parcelpoint, the drop off at eLaundry is not even logged. A bunch of total incompetents!!!!! Parcelpoint useless as well in trying to get assistance.

Very poor customer service. Walked in to pick up my item and greated the lady at the counter with a smile and "hello" to which I was met with a barking order, thrown in the direction of the back door, for the counter server to come and assist me. No smile, no hello, no "someone will be with you in a moment". Not sure if this is how they treat all their clients but I won't be returning based on the way they treat their staff and customers. Very rude.
