We had a meeting with Aaron, in which he was knowledgeable and able to help us find the best printer for our small family business. These guys service massive companies at no point were we made to feel as if our business was not just as important as a multi office company. It has reduced our cost significantly and we now have more support. From the agreement being signed to having the printer onsite and installed was roughly a week. We had the printer dropped off and help shifting furniture. Then we have a technician come and walk us through installation on every computer and give knowledge of why we were taking the steps. We are very happy and highly recommend Aaron and the team at BBC.
I would strongly suggest not using this company. We signed a contact, that was not fully explained to us and therefore have been locked in to a 5 year contract! Due to a move in our business we asked if we could cancel one of our printers. It's been a 6 month up hill battle, with no resolution and have continued to pay each month even though it is being unused. There has been no consideration by the staff and countless calls and e-mails not returned. Not a company I would ever recommend to anyone.
Lease finished months ago and we are still trying to get out of paying their monthly invoice. They keep sending monthly invoices and then want to charge us to come and collect the machine because they are not allowed to accept machine if sent any other way. Copier is 10 years old as when we renewed lease they didn't upgrade the machine. We have well and truly paid above the cost of this machine. Would not deal with them and would not recommend them.
Since having Aaron ozden assist us with our organisation we have not only reduced printing overheads but implemented workflow tools to automate our process and have increased profit substantially. I would recommend Aaron and BBC to any business searching for a boost in productivity. CEO - Care4U
