I have bought several Baintech Lithium slim line batteries, awesome product, great after sales support and assistance. Highly recommend this product, especially for those where space saving is a priority. Battery fits perfectly behind seat.

I have a Baintech Powertop V3, which is an excellent battery box- it has loads of charging options, and many outputs that work among multiple devices at once. The only downside is that its very heavy, so I'm hoping that they will release a Lithium version soon. Their customer support has always been great when I had some queries.

I could not fault the customer service Anton provided. I had heard an incorrect rumour about the MXS25 and although I had no trouble at all with the way mine performs I thought it prudent to ask the question which was why is the recondition light on along with the full battery light. They are considered to be individual messages. Yes the battery is full and the charger is now in maintenance mode. No damage will be done as the recondition is done as step 6 or the 8 steps. The recondition light is to remind you when you next use it that you may need to select normal recharge mode. Anton explained very clearly and very politely. He also responded in a timely manner for which I am grateful. A1 service. Purchasers of top shelf products do not always get top shelf service, but in this case I am totally satisfied with product and service.

Called in here 3 times now to try and get some technical support for my Victron Energy inverters and chargers and as agents for them, they've been hopeless, twice they took my details and never got back to me at all, went out today to get a battery temperature sensor, had the part but no wiring diagram or instruction manual or able to download one. VE solar products are reasonably popular but the lack of technical support in Brisbane is abysmal generally but save your time and fuel and give Hemmant a miss, complete waste of time presently, not impressed at all

Was really looking forward to this open day 20-50 percent off. But your own products sold by you are 20-50 percent more expensive than other retailers that sell your product. Go figure. Will avoid

Can't understand the negative review here. Have a had a couple of dealings with this company. Always great service and very happy to give advice about products that I already have so not a real lot in it for them other than the satisfaction of helping someone out.
