Lachlan from Hembrows came referred by our roofer as one of the blokes in the industry to trust to install a solar system. He listened, didn't do a sales pitch but advised what he would do if it were his place. We took his advice and had a 6.6KW Solar Edge system installed. He and his team were professional, on time and did a VERY neat job. Couldn't be happier . Cheers.

Since October 2020, we have been attempting to get a new inverter installed. The system was inspected in January, and the inverter was found to be faulty. A new one was installed on 11 February but the job was not completed because the installer did not have an AC isolator. He was not prepared to travel a short distance to get the required part. Throughout this experience, I have made 11 phone calls to Hembrows but they never return my calls which is extremely frustrating as it will only take a short time to complete this job.

Disgusted with this companies strategy... didn’t want to diagnose issue that THEY may have caused and then quoted 11k to repair damage! No interest in doing a fair job... just a cash grab. Oh and no invoice for the hours ‘pretending’ to help... dead giveaway!! GRUBS.

I had a new solar system as well as a new switch board installed and the on-site staff were great and turned up on time. The service form the Admin staff was great, we also have a rental property, and we had solar installed on this as well. Would highly recommend Hembrows.
