Love travel agents. The internet has killed off good old customer service. My father owned one of the original travel agents in Sydney called Orbit Travel. In the early 90s was the demise of one on one customer service via Travel Agents. NATASHA is a breath of fresh air.

Natasha is an amazing travel agent. She was my last option, having dealt with some really bad travel agents to try and book a holiday to Fiji. In literally a few days, she was able to find exactly what I wanted, at a cheaper rate compared to Flight Centre. She even went the extra mile to ensure that everything I wanted was included, continually looking at the best price options, right to the last minute.
