I was introduced to Shan via Solar Quotes page two years ago, and he was one of the reputable solar installers listed on the site. I have had multiple systems installed from other companies installed at different sites at the same time. Shan's Helio installation has been by far over two years produced better results than all the other installers combined. I can't reccommend Helioenergy enough. Thank you! Joseph.

What a professional customer service and attitude teasing me as a joke after I informed them I decided to go with the other installer after waiting for the quote for commercial solar system. Honestly, their offer was ok but seriously, I've been in contact with multiple installers for the last few weeks searching and asking for the solar system quote. Everyone returned me within a day or two. Helioenergy returned with the quote the week after where I already reviewed all available offers with our board members. Being honest, I replied them explaining (which I shouldn't be honest, maybe). Then, Shan Gao returned my email saying 'Good luck. Thank you for telling me the joke'. This guy must remember that how he can ruin the reputation of the entire company. Absolutely zero star for the customer service.
Shan (the owner) completed my quote and was there for the start and end of my installation. He is down-to-earth and incredibly hands-on. Due to not finishing the job due to a forgotten part on the Friday Shan came back on the Sunday to ensure everything was wrapped up as quickly as possible. Price-wise, my scan across other reviews on Solarquotes indicated Helio was competitive. Shan- just make sure you leave a voicemail or SMS if a customer doesn’t pick up their phone!
Helioenergy and the team were professional, and pleasant to deal with from the beginning to the end. The advice on equipment, panel orientation, early/on time for appointed day, time of installation, quality of work, cleanliness after the job so the 5 star rating is well deserved.
Highly recommend! Fast and professional installation and very competitive price.
