Go to place for quick shopping... much easier to shop here than Westfield across the highway... parking is a bit of an issue...still worth a try.

Since this malls upgrade it has the most loveliest feel to it. There are some great shops for people of all ages. It's also within walking distance to Westfield, should you feel like a bigger experience.

Helensvale plaza is so convenient espiecally living 5 minutes down the road I visit atleast once or twice a day! As it’s my one stop shop! I have been around for 5 years now! But my reason for the three stars is because I’m so over being hassled at the front door by someone trying to sell me something in and out and I don’t know why it’s okay to put them right at the front like you have no choice! I use the back door just to avoid I think you should reconsider where you let these people set up! I understand it’s a job and someone has to do it but something has to change because it getting beyond a joke! I don’t mind the little shops that set up there in front of the sushi shop because your not hassled to buy something! I don’t think I’m the only person that thinks the same!

The shops here are all neat and clean. I have found the staff in all the shops to be friendly and helpful. The bakery is my local bakery, they are always really friendly. The local Coles is great. For a small shop (by comparison) the selection is awesome.
