I recently contacted GoAndPlay inquiring about the shade cover for the Thunder Pro. They were extremely helpful and emailed me back promptly advising what they had in stock, pricing and also comparison between the old shade and the new improved shade cover. I ended up purchasing the Tent/Shade bundle and was extremely impressed with the service I received. They followed up as promised with a call back. The pricing was excellent, better than Vuly direct and the item arrived within 3 days of purchase. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend GoAnd Play.
My wife bought a Vuly Ultra Small for my daughter and I as a Christmas surprise. Upon setting it up Boxing day afternoon we realised it is not suitable for adults. I called the following morning and asked to swap it for larger model and pay difference. Despite GoandPlay's own terms and conditions saying it would be possible with 50 admin fee if trampoline was in resalable condition. They refused to honour. Don't buy here go direct to manufacturer.

Also commend Andy for coming out to help us with a few pieces we couldn't put together! Would definitely buy from again. Kids are going to love their Vuly swing-set!
